    • Any words that may be considered pornographic

    • Call toll free
    • No obligation
    • This is not spam
    • Large graphics/pictures

Always, always, always obtain permission to send.  Recipients must opt-in – knowingly giving you permission to communicate with them via e-mail.

Build your own list. Do not use your friends list or buy lists.

Update your list often.

Don’t let your permission grow cold. Remind recipients of how you obtained their address.

Delete anonymous email addresses such as info@.

Include both HTML and plain-text versions.

Provide a simple way to unsubscribe.

Do not enter a customer list in the CC field of the email program.
